Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At Bulk Cloud Shop, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Selected health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank, since refunds can sometimes take additional processing time

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate may be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To return a product, please contact our support team for the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
